Sign Up - To join our supply pool you will need to register for an account on this website.


Schools Make Contact - When a School needs Supply cover at any given time, they are able to view all who are available for work. Schools can search supply based on specific subjects, skills and age groups. The school then places a booking request and supply staff will receive an alert via email and/or text.


Accept or Decline – The supply staff accepts the request and a notification will be sent to the School confirming the booking has been accepted. The system will automatically update both the School's Calendar and the supply staff's calendar with the accepted work.


Submit Hours Worked – Once the placement has been completed supply staff will submit their hours through the system for approval, which once approved will be sent to payroll.
